BREATHE RIGHT We mastered 'The Universal Breath’. This change in the way we breathe is essential for all of us at this time due to the antiviral, antimicrobial and antibacterial benefits.
MIND SOOTHER Colour & Breath Ribbon Practice.
A 2 minute visualisation exercise that combined with the Universal breath that helps you get to sleep, eases mental tension, headaches and Migraines (we saw this work on a migraine in the workshop).
COLOUR WONDERS A peek into my mind with some dot joining between neuroscience, yoga and cultural influences, exploring crossovers where colour is used for healing and exploration.
